EI-IA — Independent energy advisory for Dordogne homeowners

Independent advisory · Dordogne & Nouvelle Aquitaine No commissions

Services

Fee-paid, commission-free energy advice across solar, storage, heat pumps, ventilation, and hot water — structured around your home and your goals, not around a product sale.

No installer affiliation Fee-paid, not commission-paid English-speaking service

Requirements-led specification, not a sales quote

The process starts with your real data. Analysis of your past 12 months of EDF/Enedis consumption to understand your base-load, peak usage, seasonal variation, and opportunities for load-shifting. This ensures any recommendation is sized around your lifestyle and your property — not around an installer's preferred product range.

Every engagement is built around the Home Energy Autonomy Assessment — a whole-home energy review that becomes your written specification. The scope of that assessment, and the fee, depends on your property's specific situation and which technical areas warrant investigation. Heat pumps, thermodynamic hot water, MVHR ventilation, and solar and storage can each be included or omitted based on what is actually relevant and what you have agreed to explore.

The result is a requirements-led specification, not a sales quote. Everything produced belongs to you, to take to any RGE-certified installer for like-for-like quotes — with no commission, no referral fee, and no financial tie to any supplier.

In short: installers sell systems; I design the right solution for you.

My only priority is that you make an informed, confident decision based on accurate analysis, transparent modelling, and independent advice.

The full picture, before you spend a euro

The Home Energy Autonomy Assessment is the core service. Its scope — and its fee — scales with your property and what needs investigating. The four technical assessments below are components of the HEAA; they are included or excluded at the scoping stage depending on what is relevant to your situation.

Service 01 — The umbrella service

Home Energy Autonomy Assessment

The core engagement. Scope is agreed at the initial call based on your property's specific situation — which technical assessments are relevant, whether an on-site visit is needed, and how many technology areas need covering. The fee reflects that scope. Nothing is included that isn't warranted; nothing relevant is omitted.

What does it cost?

The HEAA fee reflects two things: the size and complexity of the property, and which technical assessments are included in scope. Both are agreed at the initial call before any commitment is made. The initial conversation is always free.
